The situation

Axela was contracted to transform an empty parking lot into a 12,500 sq. ft. structure — with 9,500 sq. ft. dedicated to a modern Family Dollar, a national discount retail chain.

The solution

Retail chains have tight timelines and strict build requirements — and this was no exception. We coordinated closely with Family Dollar’s architects and engineers to keep the project on spec, on schedule, and ready for shoppers.

The result

Completed to Family Dollar’s exacting standards, this facility is now the newest — and nicest — Family Dollar in the area. It’s also playing a meaningful role in refreshing the surrounding area.
